RFreetype

RFreetype_0.1-0.tar.gz (16 October 2009)

This package provides basic facilities for reading font files, specificaly TTF (True Type Font) files within R and to extract detailed information about the metrics of the different glyphs.

Software

The source for the package is RFreetype_0.1-0.tar.gz. You will need to have the freetype2 library installed and freetype-config in your path (or specified via an environment variable.)

Documentation

The examples in the help/Rd files provide examples of all the functions and classes.
